Counter-Notification Procedure
If you believe that your content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us by providing the following information:
- Identification of the removed material and the location where it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your judicial district, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice.
- Your electronic or physical signature.
Send the counter-notification to the designated agent listed above. If we receive a valid counter-notification, we may reinstate the removed content unless the original complaining party files a court action within 10 business days.
Repeat Infringer Policy
We reserve the right to terminate access to our website for users who are deemed repeat infringers of copyrighted works.
