Return Policy
Thank you for shopping with us! Please note that all of our t-shirts are print-on-demand, meaning each shirt is custom-made to order just for you. As such, we do not hold inventory or resell returned items.
Due to the nature of print-on-demand, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for issues such as incorrect size selection, change of mind, or minor variations in color. However, if you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or contains a printing error, we are happy to replace it.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you believe you have received a defective or damaged item, please notify us at returns@nillia.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will review your claim and, if approved, issue a replacement at no additional cost. Please provide the following information when submitting your request:
- Order number
- Description of the defect or issue
- Clear photos of the item and the problem
Once we have reviewed the claim, we will provide further instructions on how to proceed with the replacement.
